The Embassy of Nepal provides the following services free of charge. These services are available between 10:00 to 13:00.
(C1) Repatriation of Dead Body
An application letter addressed to the Embassy by the next of kins with the details (name, address, telephone number etc.) of the receiving person in Nepal and the copy of the passport/citizenship certificate of the applicant
Copy of death certificate
Copy of the passport of the deceased person
Copy of embalming certificate
Free of infection certificate
Coroner's Certificate
Decleration of the funeral Director
(C2) Repatriation of Human Remains
An application letter addressed to the Embassy by the next of kins with mentioning the size of container for remains

(C3) Taking Pets to Nepal
Application letter addressed to the Embassy with flight details
Copy of passport of the applicant
Copy of certificates of vaccination to the concerned pet
(C4) Police Clearance Report for Foreigners
Application letter addressed to the Embassy by stating the date of arrival/departure to and from Nepal, addresses duration of stay in Nepal
Copy of the passport of the applicant
Copy of visa page along with departure and arrival seals of Immigration Office of Nepal
Three passport size photographs
(C5) Police Clearance for Hong Kong ID Card Holders
An application letter to the Embassy mentioning the period required for police clearance and period of staying in Hong Kong

Original and copy of fingerprint form
(C6) No Objection Letters for New-born Babies
An application letter addressed to the Embassy by the parents
