7	Power of Attorney	Duly prepared 2 copies of power of attorney in Nepali paper Handwritten or printed application addressed to the Embassy by the attorney giver Original citizenship certificate of PoA giver and copies of citizenship certificate of the PoA reciever 2 each pp size recent photos of both parties At least two witnesses should be present during signing of the deed PoA giver must be present at the Embassy and sign the deed in front of the Head of the Mission Copy of the document of which ownership is being transferred	£ 20	Cash or Postal Order (Personal cheques are not accepted)	Next working day of the submission of the application	Applicant may leave the document after signing with self-addressed prepaid postal envelope and the Embassy can mail back to the concerned after processing them Application Submission: 10:00 to 13:00 hrs during working days

Note:

<> Documents received through postal services may take 10-15 days including processing and delivery period.
<> Nepalese citizens having birth place other than in Nepal and attended the age of 21 must submit citizenship certificate for new passport.
